The main duties are the following:
- Devising AML training programs for the staff
- Review and investigate documentation of clients for AML / CFT checks
- Carrying out AML and EDD checks on the players
- Calculating risk ratings related to customer risk assessments
- Monitoring transactions for the all website players and investigate wherever necessary
- Perform follow ups on the relative findings
- Assisting team members with their day to day queries and questions;
- Assisting with due diligence procedures, processes and policies to enhance efficiency while maintaining the best practice of AML procedures;
- Assisting the MLRO with reporting responsibilities to relevant authorities
- Compiling background information and performing background checks on players by evaluating data gathered
Education & experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within the Gaming/Gambling industry
- Required knowledge of AML and risk assessments
- Skilled in data analysis
- Ability to work effectively and diligently on own initiative and within a team environment;
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organizational and prioritization skills

CUSTOMER OPERATIONS AGENT
We are looking for an awesome person, who also should be either German, Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish. This would fit so well. We want new super agents, who won’t only do the customer support, but also payments, fraud checks, translations, etc. and help each other to grow on a regular basis.
