We are looking for an awesome person, who also should be either German, Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish. This would fit so well. We want new super agents, who won’t only do the customer support, but also payments, fraud checks, translations, etc. and help each other to grow on a regular basis.

We are looking for a highly organized person who will be responsible for executing the CRM plan, setting up casino campaigns and sending out promotional emails and SMS.
- Fluent in English (Finnish language is a plus);

- Experienced in a similar role in a gaming industry;

- Be responsible for executing casino operations tasks according to the CRM plan;
- Setting up bonus campaigns and on-site notifications, sending out emails/SMS;
- Deal with segments of players to ensure the correct targeting;
- Work in close collaboration with the CRM, marketing, content, design, and support teams;
- Have to follow deadlines and be able to deal with ad-hoc requests;
